Aura Claimer is not a resume writing service. It is a research operation dedicated to understanding and navigating the automated screening systems that stand between qualified candidates and human recruiters.

Why We Exist

The modern hiring process is broken. Not because companies don't want to hire good people, but because the systems they use to manage applications were designed for efficiency, not accuracy. Applicant Tracking Systems process millions of resumes every day, and the majority of qualified candidates are filtered out before a human ever reviews their application.

We started Aura Claimer because we saw a gap in the market. Resume writing services focus on making resumes look good to humans. AI generators focus on rewriting content quickly. Nobody was focused on the actual problem: understanding how these automated systems work and engineering resumes to get past them successfully.

That's what we do. We study ATS platforms. We test resume formats against them. We identify what works and what doesn't. And we apply that research to every resume we optimize.
