How we process, store, and protect your resume data

Data Processing

Your resume is processed in a secure environment with access restricted to authorized personnel and systems directly involved in your optimization. We use a combination of AI-assisted analysis and research-backed strategies to optimize your resume.

Storage & Encryption

All resume data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance. Access is logged and audited.

Data Lifecycle

  • Upload: Your resume is encrypted and stored securely upon submission
  • Processing: Analysis and optimization occur in an isolated environment
  • Delivery: Optimized resume is delivered via secure download link
  • Retention: Data retained for 30 days for revision requests
  • Deletion: All data permanently deleted after retention period

What We Never Do

  • Never share your resume with employers, recruiters, or third parties
  • Never use your resume data to train AI models
  • Never sell or monetize your personal information
  • Never retain data beyond the stated retention period
